Do you allow refunds or exchange?

How do I know my order has been shipped?
We are happy to inform you that we will be sending you an email update with the proof of shipment for your recent order. If you have opted for registered mail, this will allow you to track your package and know exactly when it will arrive at your doorstep. For non registered mail, there will be no tracking feature available.
